I just wanted to say thank you to Insight and Joshua for having our backs Sunday. About 2:30 pm I received a call from Joshua who let me know that the server wasn’t showing up online anymore. So I ran out to the office and found our lights were out – service was down for about 300 people due to damaged equipment. Being appraised like this enabled me to let both Helen and Cassandra know in case they were working on their pcs and also get in a report of our outage in to Duke. He stayed on it with me until they turned the lights back on about 6 pm (me checking status at the office and letting him know) and then he got us all set back up to be ready for Monday morning. It was just great teamwork and I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate you guys. You make me look fabulous a lot of the times, and I do tell Helen, but our support team, everyone, is just the GOAT and Joshua rocked it Sunday. Thank you!
